Located in the original Utopia Café and Hotel (EST 1912), in historic Downtown Moose Jaw Saskatchewan; this building boasts 5 luxurious loft apartments on the upper two floors and a commercial space on the ground level. Many elements of the original architecture have been adapted for reuse in the 5 loft apartments and clothing store. Inside you will find original casings, doors, flooring as wall feature, marble staircase with wrought iron railing and of course exposed brick walls. In 2016, the owners of this building were presented with "The City of Moose Jaw Municipal Heritage Award for Adaptive Reuse of a Heritage Property". |
