Restoration Overview:  Renovated in 2014, the upper residential floors contain five, one and two bedroom apartments.  These units are full of character.  Great care has been taken to preserve as much of the original architecture as possible.

What we kept:  In these suites you will find original trim, flooring (applied as a wall feature), exposed brick, exposed ceilings; you can even see where the original walls of each hotel room once stood in notches in the brick wall.  

New features:  include in-floor radiant heat, acid stained concrete floors, air-to-air fresh air exchanger, in-unit laundry, top of the line kitchen appliances, new triple-pane windows.
